Komtal is a platform that connects companies with independent talents and professionals.

• Komtal facilitates discovery, matching, and talent management
• Komtal is not the direct employer of any talent unless explicitly stated
• Any engagement entered into is between the Company and the Talent

By registering on Komtal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Keep your company profile up to date
• Ensure all job postings are legitimate and lawful
• Not impersonate another business or provide false information

Komtal reserves the right to:

• Verify company information
• Approve or reject registrations
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Companies may:

• Post job openings
• Request specific talents
• Provide company culture, expectations, and role requirements

You agree that:

• All job listings must be genuine
• "Compensation details (where applicable) should be fair and transparent."
• You will not use Komtal for fraudulent recruitment

• Companies may request talents through the platform
• Direct contact with talents may be restricted or managed by Komtal

Komtal may:

• Recommend or match talents based on your needs
• Facilitate communication between both parties

Depending on the service used, Komtal may earn revenue through:

• Talent management agreements with talents
• Project-based commissions
• Optional premium services for companies (if applicable)

Important:

• "Companies are not required to pay talent placement fees unless explicitly agreed in writing."
• Any paid service will be clearly communicated before engagement

You agree that:

• You will not bypass Komtal to directly engage any talent introduced through the platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable fees or agreements
• This applies during and after initial introduction for a period of 6–12 months

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Legal action
• Financial penalties (where applicable)

Komtal allows:

• Companies to be reviewed by talents
• Companies to review talents

By using this feature:

• You agree reviews must be honest and not misleading
• You will not post abusive, defamatory, or false content

Komtal reserves the right to:

• Remove or moderate reviews
• Suspend accounts abusing the system

Komtal may assist in:

• Talent vetting
• Talent development (in some cases)

However:

• "Komtal does not guarantee performance, output, or results of any talent."
• Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the Company

By using Komtal, you agree that:

• Your company data may be stored and processed
• Your profile may be visible to talents on the platform
• Komtal will handle data in accordance with its Privacy Policy

Komtal may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct
• Misuse the platform

You may also stop using the platform at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Komtal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Komtal is not responsible for disputes between companies and talents

Komtal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
